Las autoridades se quedaron confundidas por nunca haber visto este tipo de pasaporte antes. Argumentaron que era &#8216;ilegal&#8217; pero terminaran dejando a Carlos entrar con el pasaporte Kichwa.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: normal; font-family: Helvetica; color: rgb(20, 25, 35); min-height: 17px; text-align: justify;\"> \t&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-size: 14px; line-height: normal; font-family: Helvetica; color: rgb(20, 25, 35); text-align: justify;\"> \t<span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Es la primera vez que un pasaporte ind\u00edgena es aceptado para pasar la frontera de un estado-naci\u00f3n &#8216;moderno&#8217; en America Latina.
